Mary Lou Johns has been a Life Coach for over nine years. She created her new career as a coach after over thirty years in the field of education. Her life-long interest in creativity (both her own and others’) has led to her popular workshops on “The Artist’s Way” and other approaches to expressing creatively and creating your life.

Mary Lou is a regular contributor to “The Creativity Corner” in The Country Register, a watercolor artist, http://www.WomenofWatercolor.com, certified with the International Coach Federation with the highest credentials, the owner of Blue Sky Coaching, http://www.blueskycoaching.com, the author of Coach Yourself Into ACTION: How to Get What You Want with 7 Simple Strategies, and holds a doctorate in education from Rutgers University
